SyNergist Mentorship programs

Since 2018, Synergist NY has organized an annual mentorship program for female associates in investing, pairing them with more senior women in the industry. Starting in 2021, Synergist SF and Synergist Boston have organized similar mentorship programs and are excited to continue the programs in 2023.

In 2020, Synergist also created the Synergist Fellowship Program, a training and leadership program for college women to explore the investment banking, venture capital, and private equity industries. Sign-ups are now closed.
