2024 Synergist College Mentorship Program

The Synergist College Mentorship Program is a training and leadership program for college women to explore a career in finance. Our goal is to amplify female representation in the finance industry and provide women with the resources and support they need for success.

The 8-week program will begin on March 18th, 2024 and will conclude on May 9th, 2024. The program will include:

  1. Mentorship Sessions: (Mentees & Mentors) Each mentee will be paired with a woman currently in a finance related profession for 1-on-1 mentoring sessions. During these sessions, mentees can get an inside look into finance and received advice for summer internships from someone only a few years ahead of them

  2. Fireside Chats: (Mentees Required, Mentors Optional) We will host four fireside chats centering on various areas in finance. Topics will include a kick off event, investment banking, investing, and broader finance. These are opportunities for college mentees to learn from professionals with a wide range of backgrounds. Through these chats, we hope mentees will gain more insights and clarity into what types of roles they may want to pursue

  3. TTS Coursework: (Mentees Only) Online courses on technical finance topics will be made available to our mentees. TTS is the go-to provider for institutions across Wall Street for new hire training and employee continued education
