Anastacia Anton, Co-president

Anastacia is currently an Associate at The Pritzker Organization in Chicago. Prior to joining TPO, Anastacia was a Senior Associate on the Secondary Investments Team at Adams Street Partners in Chicago. Prior to Adams Street Partners, Anastacia worked as an Investment Banking Analyst in the Regional Coverage & M&A Group at J.P. Morgan in New York City. Anastacia graduated Magna Cum Laude from the University of Notre Dame, where she received her BBA with majors in Accounting and Sociology.

Originally from Cincinnati, Ohio, Anastacia enjoys fitness, traveling and spending time with friends and family.

Carson Buckley, Co-president

Carson currently works as a Senior Associate at GTCR on the Technology, Media and Telecommunications team. Prior to joining GTCR, she was an Investment Banking Analyst at William Blair in the Technology Group. Carson graduated cum laude from the University of Notre Dame with a B.B.A. in Finance and History.

Originally from Tampa, Florida, Carson enjoys reading, watching sit-coms, Orangetheory fitness classes, playing tennis and trying new restaurants.

Emma Denoble, Co-president

Emma currently works as an Associate at Maranon Capital on the Investment team. Prior to joining Maranon, she was an Investment Banking Analyst at William Blair in the Industrial Growth Products group. Emma graduated magna cum laude with a B.A. in economics from Colgate University where she played Division One Field Hockey.

Outside of Synergist, Emma volunteers with the Junior League of Chicago helping develop community programs to support local women and children through mentoring, education, and advocacy. In her spare time, she enjoys long walks with her pup, relaxing with a good book, and exploring new restaurants and wine bars!

Katerina gan

Katerina is an Associate at Linden Capital Partners, a Chicago-based private equity firm focused exclusively on healthcare. Prior to joining Linden, Katerina was an Investment Banking Analyst at William Blair in the Healthcare group. Katerina graduated summa cum laude with a B.A. in Economics from the University of Chicago.

In her spare time, Katerina enjoys biking along the lakefront, trying new workout classes, and cooking Chinese food.

mary nosa

Mary currently works as an Associate at BDT&MSD Partners where she is a generalist on merchant banking and private capital team. Prior to joining BDT&MSD, Mary was an associate at Redbird Capital Partners. Prior to that, she was an investment banking associate at Goldman Sachs in the Financial Institutions Group in New York. Mary graduated from Columbia University with her B.A. in Computer Science.

In her spare time, Mary enjoys traveling, trying out new recipes, painting and dressing up her corgi in festive costumes.

Mollye Santulli

Mollye Santulli currently works as a Senior Associate with Springdale Ventures partnering with visionary founders to accelerate growth of transformative consumer brands. Prior to joining Springdale Ventures and attending business school, she worked on the finance teams at General Mills and most recently at Simple Mills. Mollye received her MBA with distinction from Harvard Business School and a BA from Northwestern University with a degree in Economics.

Outside of Synergist, Mollye is a member of the Associate Board for Naturally Chicago and on the board of the HBS Club of Chicago. In her spare time, Mollye enjoys exploring the Chicago restaurant scene and trying new fitness classes.

Erica (Kosches) Friedman

Erica currently works as an Associate at Pritzker Private Capital. Prior to joining Pritzker Private Capital, Erica was an investment banking associate in the Consumer & Retail group at William Blair in Chicago. She started her career as a consultant in Deloitte's M&A group. Erica received her B.A. in Economics from Northwestern University.

Originally from South Florida, Erica enjoys trying new workout classes, reading, and traveling with friends and family.

Marisa garcia

Marisa currently works as a Senior Analyst at Kinzie Capital Partners on the Investment team. She graduated Northwestern University with a BA in Economics and minors in Legal Studies and Business.

Outside of Synergist, Marisa volunteers with and is a mentor for HFS Chicago Scholars, a non-profit organization providing academic guidance, admissions support and scholarships for Chicago high school students. In her spare time, she enjoys running half marathons, traveling the world and trying new restaurants.

Annie O’Brien

Annie is a Senior Associate on The Vistria Group's credit and capital markets team. Prior to joining Vistria, Annie was an Associate at Maranon Capital in Chicago, underwriting and managing debt investments supporting private equity-owned companies. She began her career in PricewaterhouseCoopers’ assurance practice.

Annie graduated magna cum laude from The University of Notre Dame with a B.B.A. in Accounting.

Hilary Sun

Hilary currently works as an Associate at GTCR on the Healthcare team. Prior to joining GTCR, she was an investment banking analyst at Greenhill & Co. in Chicago as a M&A generalist. Hilary graduated summa cum laude from the University of Notre Dame with a BBA in Finance.

In her free time, Hilary enjoys traveling, finding new picnic spots in the city, exploring farmers markets, and attending yoga classes.
