Catherine Dunn joined New Mountain in 2019. In 2022, Ms. Dunn was named Head of Capital Markets; in this capacity, she manages the firm’s financing activities and relationships across its various product lines. Prior to joining New Mountain, she worked at Antares Capital LP where she was responsible for financial sponsor coverage. She graduated summa cum laude from Fordham University with a B.S. in Business Administration and a concentration in Finance.
Suzanne Cutler joined Webster as a Managing Director in 2022. For the last dozen years, she was a private credit investor. Most recently, Suzanne was a Principal at ICG within their Private Credit Group, leading credit investments across several industries, including Healthcare Services. Suzanne also spent time as a private equity investor at Chartwell Investment Partners. Suzanne began her career as an investment banker at Credit Suisse First Boston. Suzanne was educated at Virginia Tech and The University of Chicago Booth School of Business.
Jess Gavarkovs is a Director of Capital Markets at Oak Hill Capital and has been part of the firm since 2022. Prior to joining Oak Hill, she was an Investment Banking Vice President in the Leveraged Finance Group at Credit Suisse. Ms. Gavarkovs holds both B.A. and M.B.A. degrees.
Gia Sy is a Vice President at Neuberger Berman and a member of the Private Debt investment team. Prior to joining Private Credit in 2018, Ms. Sy was an Associate with Deutsche Bank’s Healthcare Investment Banking team. Ms. Sy graduated summa cum laude from the University of Pennsylvania with a B.A. in Economics and minors in Mathematics and Computer Science.

Maddie Yudkin is a Vice President at Astorg focused on investments in the healthcare sector. Prior to joining Astorg in 2022, Maddie was an associate at Advent in Boston. She started her career at Morgan Stanley on the healthcare team. Maddie graduated magna cum laude from Wellesley with a BA in Economics. Maddie is the National Co-President of Synergist Nationals.
