Synergist NY is hosting a private dinner with ValueAct Capital on Thursday, October 6th, 2022. The event will feature several investment professionals from ValueAct Capital for an informational dinner at Family Meal at Blue Hill in New York. The dinner will be an opportunity for you to learn more about the broad spectrum of public markets investing strategies and career paths, as well as a chance to learn more about ValueAct. You most certainly do not need to have decided that public markets is the next step for you in order to attend. In fact, this is meant to be an opportunity to learn more about a large and varied industry that is often opaque to outsiders.

For background, ValueAct is a firm managing $12bn in the public markets with a ‘private equity like’ strategy that emphasizes fundamental diligence, active engagement with management, and a long term perspective.
