Corporate Board Panelists:

Amy Bohutinsky is a Venture Partner at TCV and formerly served as COO and CMO at Zillow. Amy currently serves on the boards of Zillow, Modsy, and Duolingo.
Nishita Cummings is Managing Partner and Co-Head of Growth Private Equity at Kayne Anderson. Nishita has served on numerous boards throughout her career, including current board positions at FreightWaves, CreatorIQ, Riviera Partners, Circle Cardiovascular Imaging, DiCentral, Ideas United, and Drivewyze. Nishita is an alumni of the University of Pennsylvania.
Kelly Katterhagen co-founded, led and sold BlackArch Partners. During her career, Kelly has been engaged by and advised more than 60 private and public corporate boards and currently serves on the board of Banner Parent Holdings. Kelly is an alumna of Colgate University (BA) and Harvard University (MBA).
