Led by expert instructors from Training the Street emphasizing quantitative skills (LBO modeling and case study preparation) and practical insights on navigating the recruiting process and shaping your narrative for the interview.

There is no cost to participate. The event is being sponsored by Three Cairns Group and is organized in collaboration with several nonprofits, academic institutions, and private equity and consulting firms. Members of the Synergist Network, a nonprofit supporting and connecting women in private equity, are advising on and participating in the event. This is the third annual private equity recruiting boot camp and one of a series of events held throughout the year to advance gender diversity in the industry.
