Alexandra Ivanov

National Co-president

Alex is a Vice President at Lone View Capital in Los Angeles. Prior to Lone View, Alex was a Senior Associate at Banneker Partners and an associate at KKR Growth in San Francisco. Alex started her career as an Analyst on the TMT Investment Banking team at Goldman Sachs in New York. Alex graduated Phi Beta Kappa from M.I.T. with a BS in Math and Management Science in 2017.

Originally from Bulgaria, Alex enjoys walking around in foreign cities, searching for the best pizza and taco spots, and spending days on the beaches of California.

Maddie (Conway) yudkin

National Co-president

Maddie is a Vice President at Astorg in New York. She focuses on investments in the healthcare sector. Prior to joining Astorg, Maddie was an associate at Advent International in Boston and an analyst on the West Coast Healthcare Team at Morgan Stanley in San Francisco. Maddie graduated magna cum laude from Wellesley College.

Originally from Boston, Maddie and her husband live in New York with their goldendoodle, Oslo. Outside of work she enjoys traveling, scoping out the best coffee, and being outdoors (skiing, hiking, biking).

Courtney Bond

Chief of Staff

Originally from Los Angeles, Courtney is an Associate at Alpine Investors in San Francisco where she focuses on consumer, software, and business services investments. Prior to Alpine, Courtney worked on Morgan Stanley’s Technology Equity Capital Markets team. She graduated from Stanford University was a B.A. in Economics and minor in Public Policy. In her free time, she enjoys running, exploring new cities, and listening to podcasts.

Shayla Burnham

CFO

Shayla is currently an Associate at Advent International in New York, focusing on investments in the technology sector. Previously, she was a management consultant at Bain & Company in San Francisco and New York and a corporate strategy manager at ServiceNow in Santa Clara. Shayla graduated with a BA in Public Policy & Leadership with highest distinction and Phi Beta Kappa honors from the University of Virginia.

Originally from Central Pennsylvania, Shayla enjoys traveling, fitness, and spending time with her four younger sisters.
