Happy Fall Synergist Network!

We are excited to announce the 2023-2024 Synergist Boards and launch the Synergist year!
Last year was a banner year for the organization - we hosted 75+ events (double the prior year) on merger agreements, motherhood, carry, and more; added a new chapter in Chicago; launched our member database (750+ women and counting); ran our second annual comp survey; and made countless connections between women in investing. All of this accomplished while still being run solely by full-time female investors at leading firms across the country.

On the back of this successful year, Alex Ivanov (Lone View Capital) and Maddie Conway Yudkin (Astorg) are staying at the helm as National Co-Presidents for a second year. As the organization continues to grow, they are being joined at Nationals by Shayla Burnham (Advent International) as CFO and Courtney Bond (Alpine) as Head of Strategic Projects. The group has a collective 10+ years of Synergist board tenure across four chapters and is excited for the new year.

We are energized for the year to come - for the new insights we will learn, connections we will make, and fun we will have.  To our board members, general members, sponsors, and champions old and new, we thank you and look forward to the continued growth and strength of Synergist for years to come!
